please adhere to the following

1. The number of persons occupying the caravan must not exceed the number of stated berths. Only those on the booking form may occupy the accommodation. Please advise us of any additions before your holiday commences.

2. The booking form is to be signed by the person responsible for the booking and all persons within the party.

3. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday (except short breaks). Bookings are from 2.00pm on the day of arrival to 10.30am on the day of departure. Please note keys will only be available from 2pm onwards.

4. Bookings are accepted from couples and families only. We regret we cannot accept bookings from single sex groups.

5. Visitors are requested to bring their own bed linen (duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases), towels and table linen.

6. We ensure that you have a clean and tidy caravan upon your arrival and would appreciate it being left in a similar condition on your departure. We cannot be held responsible for any damage by fire, theft or injury sustained during your stay. Thank you for not smoking inside the accommodation.

7. Any breakages or damage to the accommodation must be replaced or paid for before departure.

8. In the interest of all visitors, we cannot allow dogs. Accommodation cannot be occupied if a dog is included in your party.

9. Cancellations will only be considered if made in writing at least 14 days before the booking is due to begin. We regret that the deposit cannot be refunded if cancellation should occur.

10. Balance is due on all holidays booked 21 days before the commencement of the holiday.

11. There are limited facilities early and late season.

12. In the opinion of the park proprietor, if any party is guilty of excessive noise, unclean behaviour, or conduct prejudicial to the well being of other visitors, the proprietor may re-take possession of the accommodation, refunding money in respect of the unexpired portion of the holiday. Visitors will be liable for any damage to park property.
